Charlotta has taught yoga to young people since 2004 to an estimated 10,000 teenagers. She has graduates 1300 teachers worldwide through her acclaimed online course, run by the Teen Yoga Foundation a UK based charity, dedicated to empowering young people through yoga. In 2020 she was honoured with the title of Master of Yoga by the International Yoga Alliance, the 30th in the world and only woman in Europe. Her book Teenyoga was published in 2018 to 5 star reviews. She is involved in work with the UK government, promoting yoga in schools. She regularly contributes to the BBC, Yoga Journal and Om yoga magazine on the topic.
NICK KEARNEY
RESEARCH DIRECTOR OF THE TEEN YOGA FOUNDATION, YOGA TEACHER
Dr. Nick Kearney has been working in teacher training and educational management and leadership for over 20 years, with extensive involvement in the development of new learning approaches in a wide range of educational and training contexts. He has participated in a large number of EU and nationally financed projects, and worked as an expert for the European Commission since 2002. He is also a yoga teacher and the research director of the TEEN YOGA FOUNDATION, a charity that aims to increase the well-being of young people through yoga.
JUDY SAMPATH

Judy Hirsh Sampath is a senior yoga teacher, and yoga therapist working in north London and south India since the turn of the century, a milestone for her in changing career from a stressful TV career to a life-long love of yoga and calling to connect deeply for self-care and communal care. She trains yoga teachers and therapists, teaches at foundation to diploma level, and offers workshops and courses in yoga for sleep, menopausal hot flushes, stress and mindfulness. She is director of Yoga United Education, and faculty of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy in the US.

Simon Haas is an internationally renowned author and teacher of yoga philosophy. He specializes in applying yoga wisdom to everyday life, especially in the fields of habit creation and decision-making. Simon is author of the international bestseller The Book of Dharma, published in five languages. His most recent book, Yoga and the Dark Night of the Soul, explores how crisis and difficulty can form part of our yoga path.

Following a long career in the corporate world, in 2016/17 Jess trained as a yoga teacher. During COVID-19, Jess created a new venture, Funke Futures, bringing together her business, marketing and yoga expertise. She now coaches and mentors teen yoga teachers in relationship marketing and has just launched her new programme, "How To Get More Clients Without Social Media".
SUZY SEGURA

Suzy ran her own theatre school for over 10 years and then discovered yoga. In 2018, she set up The Yin Tribe after becoming increasingly concerned about the mental health of teens. She leads weekly classes and seasonal workshops online and in-person in Cheltenham.

PROFESSOR OF PSYCHOLOGY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE
Professor of Psychology at the University of Cambridge, UK, and leader of the Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience Group. Her group's research focuses on the development of social cognition and decision making in the human adolescent brain, and adolescent mental health.
