Nicky's journey into yoga started about 25 years ago, when she decided to try out a class at her local gym.  She was doing lots of competitive sport and wanted to stretch out her muscles and prevent further injury.  She had no idea about yoga philosophy and how it would influence her daily life.  Nicky enjoys seeing the joy and peace on the face of those who come to her classes and retreats, and likes to do her bit to enhance the mental and physical health of kids, teens and adults alike. If you have a question around how yoga can help you, Nicky would love to hear from you.
