How to Zoom

Choose which class you would like to join - the schedule is on the home page.

We will send you a registration email for that class.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Guidelines:

1.  If you haven’t used Zoom before, you will be asked for your name and email.  Click “Download and run Zoom”. Then go to downloads.  “Package will run...” - click continue.  

2.  Set up your yoga space and ensure your device is fully charged/plug in

3.  If you are on Spotify, get your playlist ready.  Search for LYB RELAX or choose your own music or practice in stillness

4.  You are welcome to join the meeting early.  Click JOIN A MEETING - enter ID and username (info in your confirmation email)

REMEMBER MY NAME - yes

DONT CONNECT TO AUDIO - leave blank

TURN OFF MY VIDEO - up to you.  I would personally love to see you, to see you smiling, falling over and connecting to your energy, however if you’re not in the mood, or prefer not to be seen, that’s your choice.  

JOIN WITH COMPUTER AUDIO - yes.  JOIN AUDIO.  I have set everyone to mute but if you wish to talk to me, you can unmute (microphone icon bottom left of your screen).

If you get kicked off, just return to your confirmation email and follow the link again.

 

Please note all classes will be recorded, however when you access the recorded version, you will only see me.  We will see each other during the live class only.
